Binding Omen
Enemies affected by one of Nysera’s abilities receive an Omen for a short duration. Hitting an enemy already carrying an Omen briefly slows them and refreshes the mark. Each enemy can only trigger this additional slow periodically.

Character abilities
Spectral Chain
Launch a spectral chain in a straight line. The first enemy struck takes magical damage and becomes tethered to the location of impact. Moving too far before the tether expires causes the chain to snap tight and briefly root them.
Dark Covenant
Mark an allied Hero or Demon for several seconds. Enemies that damage the marked ally receive an Omen and are briefly slowed, allowing Nysera to protect teammates by punishing attackers.
Forbidden Circle
Create a large rune circle at a targeted location. Enemies inside are slowed, and enemies leaving the circle receive an additional short slow. It controls routes without completely trapping opponents.
Chains of Judgment
Summon spectral chains across a targeted area. After a brief warning, enemies caught within are pulled slightly toward the center and heavily slowed. They can still attack and use abilities, creating a powerful team-fight setup rather than an unavoidable disable.

THE STORY
The Chain Oracle
Nysera learned long ago that power does not always come from destruction. Sometimes the strongest force on a battlefield is the ability to decide where everyone is allowed to stand. Through forbidden rituals and ancient demonic prophecy, Nysera learned to bind movement itself. Her spectral chains do not simply restrain the body; they manipulate hesitation, distance, formation, and fear. Every battlefield becomes a network of invisible boundaries that only Nysera truly understands. She does not need to defeat every opponent herself. Instead, she creates the conditions in which her allies can destroy them. Enemy charges collapse, escape routes disappear, and protective formations break apart. To Nysera, battle is not chaos. It is a pattern waiting to be controlled.
